Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a new, unopened product in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to ship your parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from a distance purchase, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by e-mail at hello@kava-pochette.com, stating your order number, before the 14-day period expires. You must then send the product back to us no later than 14 days after your notification, to: KAVA — 22 Bd Richard Wallace, 92800 Puteaux, France. Return costs are borne by you, unless we state otherwise.

The product must be new, unopened, in its original packaging.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for: goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (3°); sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery (5°). In practice, food products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, whereas unopened packs in their original packaging can be.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product, or proof that it has been sent if that is earlier, using the payment method used for the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
